PH TOP REALTY CORP. is one of the most trusted Real Estate Marketing and Brokerage companies in the Philippines that engages in project selling and general brokerage.

Founded by Jenever Quinicot, REB in January 2018, incorporated on March 10, 2022, as their family business.

Jenver B. Quinicot, REB

Jenever Quinicot is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Founder and CEO of PH Top Realty Corp. At the age of three, his parents passed away, that is why he grew up with his grandparents in Caidiocan, Valencia, Negros Oriental. After high school, he decided to enter the seminary with the help of his foster family Rev. Fr. Rellyric Delos Santos, OAR and family.

He graduated at Casiaco Recoletos Seminary, Baguio City with a Bachelors Degree of AB Classical Philosophy. Awarded as the outstanding thesis writer and top 1 in thesis defense.

During his Novitiate Formation in Antipolo, he left the seminary and worked at St. Michael Church, BGC, Taguig as an office staff and pianist.

He has been working for 10 years in real estate selling. His real estate career started in 2013 with Alveo Land, transferred to Avida and Amaia as an in-house agent. He was also working as a call center agent while working as a real estate agent of Amaia Land. When he sold 5 condo units in a month, he decided to focus in the real estate sales industry. With the grace of God, he passed the real estate broker’s exam in December 2017 and worked as a Sales Manager of Camella and invited to return to Amaia Land as a Sales Manager. Due to his insatiable desire to level up his career path, he accepted the offer to be the Sales and Marketing head of VMDC but the developer was closed after three months so he moved to Moldex Realty as a Sales Director.

Pandemic came and it was a very challenging time for his job as an inhouse sales director. He left Moldex and decided to work as a freelance Real Estate Broker and started to build his sales team in Cavite. Due to his strong passion in real estate, he officially established his own Real Estate Marketing & Brokerage company, Ph Top Realty Corporation in February 2022 with his partner Rodalyn Rojo. He partnered with other real estate brokers to help more agents and clients in buying, selling and leasing real estate properties nationwide.
